Chancellor Transition Advisory Committee

The Chancellor Transition Advisory Committee (CTAC) has been created to ensure the smoothest possible transition of leadership at the University of Mississippi.

CTAC comprises the Interview Search Advisory Committee and the University of Mississippi’s Senior Leadership team. CTAC will undertake three key responsibilities:

  • Developing a “First Fives” plan to detail the highest priority action items and short-term goals needed for the chancellor’s leadership to be most effective (subcommittee co-chairs Dr. Morris Stocks and Dr. LouAnn Woodward)
  • Providing input on a Communications Plan that will ensure the chancellor connects fully with the UM community (subcommittee co-chairs Mr. Tom Eppes and Dr. Alice Clark; and
  • Advising the incoming chancellor on culture and context, including the University of Mississippi’s history, values, issues and aspirations (subcommittee co-chairs Dr. Brandi Hephner LaBanc and Mr. Lee Tyner).
